We had a wonderful time. Great location! The other people staying in the community were very friendly, we really enjoyed the area.

Great location and great place. Took the dog and it was great! Sit out on the deck and watch the sunset and it was beautiful! perfect size for a couple and their dog.

Our stay here was lovely and we would absolutely rent here again. It is a nice, clean one bedroom condo with a pull out couch too if needed. The real perk is being right on the ocean and close to the boardwalk. We enjoyed seeing dolphins daily and sipping coffee on our porch and taking in the beautiful views.

We loved staying in 1303, perfect access to the beach making it easier with having our dog with us! The kitchen is well equipped and very clean villa! We’ve been to Pelican Watch 4 times and this is one of our favorites, I highly recommend it!!!😃😃

Very nice. Perfect size for the three of us (two adults and a dog). Small, hospitality size, bars of soap were provided but hospitality sized shampoos would be nice also. Very lovely getaway for us while visiting family in Charleston.

This property was extremely clean and as described. The area was beautiful, however the beach right outside this condo is smaller than typical in other parts of Seabrook/Kiawah and the water is very calm (good for small children). The sunsets from the porch were beautiful !
