Comfortable, well-laid out and tastefully furnished. A minimum of that tacky decorative nonsense I saw in photos of other rentals. The view is superb, and finishing the upper porch as a part of the living room is genius. It brings marvelous light and a sense of space to the upstairs. It was never warm enough for me to use the lower deck or even open the windows, though I longed to and kept trying. The double sets of stairs were hard on me, as I have a bad hip, but that seems to come with the territory due to coastal flooding.
