Wonderful place! Best house we’ve ever rented when it comes to being stocked with everything needed to walk right in and cook a gourmet meal for your family and have them entertained with books/games/toys. Very very clean and comfortable furnishings. Close to the beach club and beach access.

The house was great! Updated and comfortable space in a great location. Just a few minute drive to the beach and pool. The host was great with communicating on any questions we had and was very quick to reply. Thank you!

Hi,we recently stayed at 2906 Atrium Villas. It was just as advertised, close to beach, clubhouse and pool. It was a very functional villa.I would have liked a few more kitchen utensils (colander etc because we did use the kitchen). The parking was easy and also quite convenient. The atrium is a building with so much unused space that is was a maze to find our villa. We saw dolphins, turtle tracks, deer and diving pelicans. The food was excellent and we enjoyed each meal there or on the beach, I ordered my chairs and umbrellas from your suggested rental company . The unit was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed out stay. You will definitely see us back but in a different location on the property. Thank you Coastal Getaways for all your help with booking.

Absolutely loved our stay at 1306! The place was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable! We like the location because of the wonderful view, although we drove down to Walk #2 for our beach time! We have enjoyed Seabrook last year and this year and hope to book next year’s visit soon!

We enjoyed our stay at the Tree Loft, nice and quiet and peaceful. Home was adequately stocked, kitchen had everything you needed. Would stay here again!
