This is a wonderful property and one of the best we have stayed at in all our summers at Seabrook! It was clean when we arrived and equipped with almost every amenity you need for a week out of town. The house is close to several beach access spots, the outdoor pool, great coffee, great dining, etc. The home is also perfect for multiple families. We shared the space with another family of four and the space was more than ample. It was the other families first trip to Seabrook and they were blown away by the community in general and remarked several times about all that they felt they received for the value of the rental, they will certainly be back. Only issue we had was with the outdoor grill. It wouldn't light and there appeared to be a leak in the regulator valve. We waited until our last night to grill so it wasn't something that really hampered our trip. We pivoted, took the cooking indoors and were still able to salvage a great meal. Again though this was minor speed bump in a great long holiday weekend.
