Condo was nice and clean, beach very peaceful. Pool is a little far and the pull out couch wasn't comfortable at all.

It was our first visit to Seabrook and we loved all the nature. Pelican Watch villas are nicely situated. The property was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the outdoor covered deck. The lock on the back slider was sometimes difficult to get it to latch.

Very nice property, with great views. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice covered deck to sit on and enjoy the nature. Hope to return someday!

The peace and quiet! Even with heavy travel days like Wed and Saturday, we enjoyed relative solitude every day of our stay. The condo was perfect. The furnishings were in good repair and everything we could have needed was at hand in the kitchen, laundry and baths. The communication is very thorough and timely. We cooked every meal and found everything we needed. Our stay was a joy-filled time for me and my family. I would like to commend Lisa for her help in providing me with a condo key when I lost the first one. She was so professional and helpful. Nancy also touched base with me a few hours after I communicated with Lisa to ensure I was taken care of ... this group is amazing!

We loved everything about our Seabrook vacation, and I hope we get to come down and stay with you again before long! Our villa was superb!- well-decorated and well-appointed with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, etc.
