Always love staying in Pelican Watch at Seabrook. This is our 4th visit and this condo was fantastic.

We had a ball! Such a beautiful area. Thank Our stay did not include the full amenities offered by this resort. For the price we paid to reserve the property, I feel as though all of the pelican watch properties should be offered the same amenities as others. Thus, we wound up spending most of our time on the neighboring Edisto island.

We loved this delightfully situated end unit in a stunningly tranquil beach area. You can view both the beach and deer grazing at the same time. There were several fawns that were so wonderful to watch. You are also close to the beach for fishing, walking or relaxing. Sunsets are beautiful. Condo was clean and pleasant in nice atmosphere. All amenities provided. Didn't need anything for perfect vacation!

We had a wonderful time. The property is perfectly located near the beach with a great view. Definitely recommend!

This end unit is beautifully decorated! The only thing it needs is a nonstick skillet, tongs for cooking, instructions on stove and washer/dryer operation...

The property was very nice - clean, well appointed, great ocean view, comfy king bed and living room furniture, great water pressure in the showers, well stocked kitchen, complete appliances. The deer and bird life right around the deck is awesome. Biggest shortcoming - the place really needs cushions for the deck furniture (where we spent most of our time when at the condo); would make it much more comfy. The armoire in the living room could accommodate them easily. The outdoor fan is a great touch - really handles the mosquitoes and bugs. A note to tenants in the binder about how to turn on the fan and its usefulness for insect control would be good. We have experience with our own ocean front place so knew that trick already. Minor issue, but would be nice to have some non-plastic utensils like spatulas, serving spoons. Not sure why you can't handle a standard hotel 11:00 AM checkout time. The last thing a tenant takes away is having to rush to get out by 10:00 AM. The condo is a great location convenient to renting a boat at the Bohicket Marina and enjoying the water. The beach location is great for relaxing walks and lounging. The wood walkway trail off of Oyster Catcher Road is super. We had a great time and would recommend to friends for sure...
