The view and condo itself were exceptional We were unable to use our bicycles at all due to the bad weather and were only able to play golf twice We still had a wonderful time!!

Very nice property. Absolutely loved the view of the intercostal marsh and all the wildlife. The pictures cannot do it justice. Would love to stay there again.

Thanks much...the entire stay at 2105 Bay Pointe Villa was great. The unit was exactly as it was pictured on the website, and the views were absolutely spectacular. Very relaxing week. Not only do I plan to stay there again...but would definitely be interested in actually purchasing the condo should the current owners ever decide to sell (that’s 100% serious!). I’ve been looking at different locations to purchase in recent years, as this unit was exactly what I would be looking for. Thanks much for everything...looking forward to my next Seabrook visit sometime soon.

The villa was newly decorated with nice furnishings and full amenities. It features spectacular panoramic views of nothing but wetlands, inland waterways, and incredible sunsets. Located on the edge of the property, it was quiet and very private.

Beautiful home...looks exactly as the photos suggest online! The location was perfect (conveniently located within a short drive to the marina, the beach, the Lake/Island houses and FreshFields) and the views from the unit are absolutely spectacular. Will definitely be back!
