Just left 2935 Atrium and this was our second stay. Was really impressed with the upgrades! The new tile flooring looks amazing and the new washer/dryer was so nice to have! Had beautiful weather and the best part of this condo was having our glass of wine on the patio while enjoying the phenomenal views of the ocean and gorgeous sunsets! Totally relaxing! See you next year Seabrook!!!!

I arrived at the property after a ten hour drive and after a bit of sleep thoroughly enjoyed the location. Views of the ocean were great and relaxing on the deck. Over our stay we played both courses at Seabrook and the convenience of this villa can't be stressed enough. We could walk to the course in under 2 minutes as well as the beach and even the restaurants as well! Definitely will be staying here going into the future!

We were most satisfied with our holiday this year; it was a nice upgrade from the Pelican Watch accommodations last year. The building is well located and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and also the lounging chairs near the pool. We also appreciated the underground parking. The trip to Charleston, which we did numerous times is not onerous. Freshfields village is a big attraction and if we do come again it will be partly because of that area. The grocery shopping was good and we had coffee at Java Java almost every morning. We also enjoyed Chez Fish and the King St. Grill and on one occasion we ate at the golf club. The unit was well equipped and we did not lack for anything that I can remember.

This Atrium Villa was very clean and beachy feeling. We absolutely loved morning coffee, lunch, and dessert on the immense deck. We enjoyed the privacy of Seabrook Island, the pristine amenities like the pool and beach, and meticulous attention to the landscape combined with the scenery both sunrises and sunsets. Bohicket's Marina provided excellent food and Freshfields Village grocery and shopping were perfect for our needs! Wished it was ours!

The amenities were excellent and the condo was roomy. Very comfortable and clean. Large bedrooms. I liked the amenity cards didn't think I would but made it easy. We will visit again great for a weekend retreat with famil and children safe to let them ride bikes or walk to beach. Loved renting bikes and sightseeing.

We had a wonderful stay at Seabrook and cannot wait to come back next year!
