Everything worked out great with the house at 2501 Haulover. Very comfortable and practical. The house itself was great for a family gathering, just what we needed at the time. The kitchen, especially, was perfect, well equipped, and with lots of room to just hang out. I really appreciate your help in getting things together for our stay. You all do a great job of explaining the details & communicating to your guests. Looking forward to the next time.

We most enjoyed the island itself with its beautiful setting and all the amenities. The home was wonderful. We felt very at home and loved the layout and decor. We also felt that the unit afforded us so many of the comforts of home in terms of plates, linens, etc. We loved the decks and the the golf course view. Also the mid-island location worked out really well for us because we used both the Lake House and Equestrian Center and the Beach Club. We would definitely stay in this unit again. I was very impressed with your attention to detail and your professionalism and quick responses. It made us feel like you cared that we had a nice time on vacation and it left a wonderful impression with us. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Everything far exceeded our expectations and we would be very likely to recommend CGOSC to anyone and especially the unit we stayed in. Also thank you for working with both the bike rental company and the crib rental company. The bikes and the crib were there when we arrived and we had no problems with anything. We have done a lot of baby rentals on our travels and inevitably there's always a hitch in the plan. Not this time!

The setting entering the property was so beautiful, the moss on the trees, the deer walking on the property. We used walkway #1 to go down to the beach because we liked the waves in the water and they were bigger there. The property was very nice, bed's very comfortable, very spacious. Then we would not have to bring them from home. I would love to come back next year. but I can not plan a year in advance. Also saw beautiful sunsets. Most of the time we went to restaurant's off the property. Coastal Getaways of S.C. was very nice to deal with.

We loved this place! We were looking for a 3-bedroom that was updated and off the beaten track on the island. We found it. This place is beautiful. The owners have certainly spent a great deal of time and effort in keeping things updated, clean, and in working order. We especially loved the ceiling fans in all of the rooms and the fabulous shower in the master bath. It rained a few days while we were there, and although we brought plenty of our own games, it was nice to simply sit on the beautiful back porch and listen to the rain. If you have small children, this is an easy location for bikes. For walking, the area is great for walking and never coming upon a car. The neighbors are lovely! I "stole" a few decorating ideas from this beautiful condo. The Pottery Barn theme is comfortable and chic. The sheets and towels are top notch and I was amazed at how stocked the kitchen was with cooking essentials and utensils. We needed nothing! This condo is light and bright and has very beautiful spaces. The owners were very quick to respond to a few inital questions we had. They are very cordial and happy that others are enjoying their home as much as they do. We'll be back!

After many trips to Seabrook/Kiawah, we chose the Chateau by the Green for our family Christmas. It was the most perfect place for celebrating the holiday together and relaxing. It was so cozy and inviting, we were ready to move right in for good! Thank you Heather for a wonderful experience from start to finish. No question, we'll be back!

Four of us came for a weekend wedding (off island). One couple from NY and the other from FL. All in our early 60's. The house / townhouse was perfect for us. Comfortable, clean, quiet, roomy enough and a bargain. There are no beach towels but that doesn't matter because they are free with your amenity card at the beach house. The owner was communicative and helpful. The photos displayed on the site are very representative. I told the owner that we probably won't be down that way any time soon, but if we do come down again, this place will be on the top of our list.
