We had a memorable trip to this truly unique resort. Quiet, safe, extremely beautiful. Exclusive beaches, walking trails, bike paths, the horseback riding, great restaurants. I recommend this location for those who are looking for solitude and relaxing in a truly amazing place.

We do like the location, the parking is ample, the view from the villa very nice, and it was clean! Sorry we don’t have photos to share. It was foggy one day and just didn’t think to take pictures the other. It was comfortable, quiet, and there was ample closet/drawer space for 2 of us. Having 2 bathrooms was great! The powder room has no storage nor sink counter, since it’s a pedestal sink but it was fine. They had all the items that are essential like paper towels, tp, trash bags, and even a little coffee. Can’t complain about a thing! Happy New Year and hope to rent from you again sooner than later :)

We’ve had a wonderful week here. Thank you so much for helping us book and stay here. We wanted to let you know just a couple minor things about the condo that you may want to address with the owners. One could be us not knowing where to find the switch, but the track lighting above the dining room table does not appear to be working. Also, the wooden door from the back patio to the steps has rotted and all of the grates have fallen out (that was like that when we got here). I’m also wondering if possibly the dryer vent to the outside is clogged. The dryer (even though we used the settings on the sticky note), does not dry well at all. The stove light on the microwave is also burned out. Obviously, nothing negatively impacted our stay and we had a lovely time, just wanted to pass along in case they weren’t known. Thanks again! We look forward to coming back in the future and we will definitely use your agency!

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Watch. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. It was nice to have basic kitchen supplies available as well as a few beach chairs. It was a great few days!

I did call your office as we were leaving to report a potential serious problem in the villa. The owner should be made aware that the floor in the main room and in a portion of the bedroom is lifting. The living room is quite dangerous as the rippling makes it a challenge to walk across the room. We managed and decided to deal with it so we wouldn’t have an interruption of repair people there during our stay. I would assume that the original contractor should be notified and reinstall the flooring.
