The property was absolutely stunning and incredibly clean. It was everything I was hoping for. The only thing I can think of that would be helpful for future renters in mentioning that the kitchen is stocked with a Keriug coffee maker. I saw in the photos a traditional coffee maker, so I picked up some regular coffee and filters before I left so I wouldn’t need to go to the grocery immediately upon arriving for morning coffee supplies. Other than that, I have zero to add. The condo was perfection, location, views, sunsets, quiet, everything I had wanted.

The villa was clean and beautifully decorated. The views were fabulous! Enjoyed our stay and will be back and hopefully can get this villa again! Seabrook Island is where I want to retire!

This condo exceeded our expectations. We loved the condo's decor, the well supplied kitchen (everything you need was there), but most of all the ocean view. My husband and I just wanted to sit and watch the waves, pelicans, deer and the dolphins from the private balcony. We have placed this on our list of places we must visit again.

I would be glad to write a review of your company for all the times we have used your particular company and had such great service. As for this particular property, it was exactly as advertised. The condo was exceptionally clean, and all of the amenities were great. The view was spectacular and the location was perfect for anyone who had issues with mobility as my elderly parents did. The only thing that I would say that was not 100% is that the living room furniture is not comfortable and that it needs to be updated. Though we knew going in that it was a one bedroom and that it had a sleeper couch for the other guests, the sleeper couch is really uncomfortable. I should have known better, because saying that it sleeps four, though it is a one bedroom, the reality is that you are going to end up with a sleeper sofa and it is rare to find one that is comfortable. Regardless, I wouldn't hesitate to endorse this property for anyone and would likely choose this again. I will always go through you! I've been a Seabrook fan for many years as my mother owned a house there since 1975 ! I'm drawn back year after year and discovered the Pelican Watch condos a few years ago. Unit 1305 is perfect - immaculately clean and well stocked and very near the beach boardwalk. The Lake house and Freshfields make it so easy to stay put and just enjoy the golf course , beaches, tennis and the list goes on and on - I would highly recommend this unit and Coastal Getaways
