This property was awesome and exactly as advertised! The unit was extra clean, putting us at ease during this Covid period. The location is great. Steps from the beach. Awesome views from living room and kitchen and outside deck was great to watch sunsets and dolphins in the water. Felt very private even though in a building with four units. The layout of the unit contributed to the privacy. Overall, this island was relaxed and peaceful. We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer!

We had an amazing visit to Seabrook Island. The property is lovely and we would love to return. The condo was great! What a view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is located at the "back" of the community which ensures that the area is more secluded and peaceful. The direct access to the beach was wonderful and enjoyed walking with our dog every day. If I had to give one negative~ it is that the property while clean~ had a lot of dust around the doors and the baseboards. Is just a general "Spring cleaning" that needs to be done. But otherwise the property was clean. I googled if Uber ran on the island and my search (flawed) said yes but upon arrival realized this isn't accurate. Thus, anyone wanting to go to Charleston or Kiawah for dinner/drinks need to look into other transportation options if do not want to drive. This was the perfect, relaxing vacation that we needed after the craziness of the year. The property management staff were EXCELLENT and responded to several of my inquiries almost immediately. Would definitely stay again- and are already looking into potential dates.

We found Seabrook Island safe during Covid time with family, as we rented two condos at Pelican Watch and used the covered decks for all meals. We love staying at 1325. The pet friendly and corner unit are just perfect.
