Best condo on the East Coast. I'd recommend it to everyone!!

The condo at 1317 Pelican Watch is the best condo I've ever stayed in. I suggest you recommend it to all your guests.

Arrived and check-in was a breeze. Drove to condo. Plenty of parking. Unit was very clean and right on the beach boardwalks. The beach was great and our dog loved it. There are allowable times for dogs to be off leash before 10 am and after 5 pm. We had her on a 20 foot training leash the whole time and he played the whole time. The island is not close to Charleston so expect a 45 minute drive if that is your thing. We beached it the whole time with a couple of trips to the restaurants in the village. Overall great time for chilling out.

The unit was clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beach was wonderful and clean. All the guest were very friendly. The employees at the gate were very friendly and knowledgeable. The amenities office was also friendly and helpful. We will be back. The island is beautiful!!
