Very transparent process and property is as described. Great experience, would definitley return.

We've stayed here many times and the property continues to be upgraded. Proximity to the pool and crab dock are great.

The property was exactly as I expected. It was very comfortable and convenient. The deck off the master bedroom was a beautiful place to read a book and have a drink. The neighborhood was very quiet. The views overlooking the tidal marsh and creek were fantastic. I say “views” plural because they constantly changed with the tide and sunrise/sunset. I saw lots of wildlife including various egrets, herons, ospreys, hooded mergansers and even a mink. I also enjoyed long beach walks and liked the relaxed feeling on SI. I was there for the month of March which was perfect. The ability to use the amenity card and access the golf course and restaurant was very nice. Also, the distance to Charleston was perfect for day trips.
