The house was clean, adorably decorated, furniture comfortable, kitchen properly stocked to cook a mean and everything worked properly. The island was lovely and the every person we encountered was so friendly. I can see why there are very few homes for sale on the island. Who would want to leave that little piece of heaven. There is so much do on the island and the surrounding area I wish I would have stayed a week longer.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay here, and found the space very comfortable for our party of 3. There are beautiful lagoon views from the home, and the beach is a short walk away. The kitchen is very well-equipped for meals at home. We would return to this spot without hesitation.

Laidback feel and quiet of Seabrook is always are favorite! Wonderful property with fun views of the pond and wildlife for my boys. Having multiple outside sitting areas is really nice. House was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Coastal Getaways did a great job for us thank you!

My family enjoyed a week here late in March. The villa was comfortably furnished, well equipped and in excellent condition. We especially enjoyed the wildlife attracted to the pond in front with the golf course as a backdrop. It was a short distance to the expansive beach and chairs, games, and bikes were available to use. The area is quiet and feels safe. We will definitely return to Seabrook and to this villa again.
