House is in a great location — across from the ocean and beach club. The perfect size for our family of nine. Very well-stocked kitchen.

We had two properties so we we were moving between both. Had to do some work during the week so appreciated the internet connection. Well stocked kitchen so we were able to cook.

The house was very large and the layout worked very well for our extended family. Very clean. The location was great. We were directly across from great beach access, the large pool, pool bar, and restaurant. The beds were very comfortable. The ac worked well and kept the entire home pleasant. There were multiple doors to access different areas of the home, which was a plus. But this was also a problem for security. There were 8 doors accessing the outside. Many had bolt locks, but several did not and could easily be opened from outside. There were several outdoor spaces which made it very easy to enjoy each others company without disturbing the kids who were in bed.. One patio was infested with fire ants, though. Parking was great. There was an outdoor shower which helped get the sand off the kids. We did contact the property manager a few times and they were easy to reach, but they did come to correct the issues as promised. There were no garbage cans in the home. We called twice about this. This may have been related to the COVID19 situation. Overall I recommend.

The house was great. Wonderful vacation. I suspect we’ll be back to Seabrook in the future. Many thanks for your help!

We had a wonderful time as always. I did want to make you aware that the bed slats broke and fell again last night in the king bedroom upstairs (white bed). It broke and fell The first day too and someone came out to fix it. My husband thinks the center bracing isn’t being properly installed causing the slats to bend and break .
