The location of the property and the privacy of the island was enjoyable! We loved walking around the lake every day and seeing so much wildlife.

Great house, great location!

As always we enjoyed the house and its location to the lakehouse pool for our grandchildren. Lots of beach toys ant the house available to them and beach chairs! And also having the extension cord long enough for the golf cart too was a plus. Beds were very comfortable as well. One of the things in the primary bedroom was that the drawers in the bathroom weren’t working because the coating is coming off and wouldn’t allow for them to open, but it wasn’t a problem for us actually. Just an fyi is all. Owner had a new refrigerator put in the day we got there and it worked perfectly! And one other thing was the guys wanted to play golf on Seabrook but couldn’t until the afternoon and they like to play in the mornings cause it’s cooler, but I know that’s a rule of the club that guests can only play in the afternoon unless they are with a member., so they went and played over at Kiawah.

The house is clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable.  It was exciting to be the first (I think) to use the brand new grill. It would be helpful to have a description of the beds since all are really soft--maybe not the best for someone with mobility challenges or bad back. It would have been helpful to know that when it gets really hot (above 90-degrees outside) the upstairs is more difficult to cool and y'all could have a few more fans available for upstairs bedrooms.

  Location is perfect for us. Beach walks and golf. Hope to return in Apr and Nov every year.We love the house! Comfy bed and plenty of room for the two of us. Well maintained for a rental house. The property was very comfortable and well equipped on the inside, but we did feel the front porch could do with a little clean/power wash due to the number of cobwebs and dead insects stuck to the paintwork and lights. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped and the technology was nice and modern. The owners had also given a lot of thought to making their guests as comfortable as possible, with helpful instructions and information, which we appreciated. We weren't lucky with the weather this year, and lost quite a few days to torrential rain, however we made the most of it and explored other areas that we hadn't been to before and found a few new restaurants over in the Sullivan's Island/Isle of Palms area.
