A stunning home! Extremely well appointed to meet all your needs. Extremely clean and well cared for - the decor and quality of the home was notably high end. It made for an amazing week!

After delayed flights, we pulled up to our vacation rental around 1:00am in the morning. First impression was a little sketchy due to the garage door being open about a foot and spiders so huge that we could easily see them with our phone flashlights. Needless to say we were a little leery to enter! ONCE WE ENTERED THE HOUSE, all of our worries went away!!! The house was spotless. The kitchen was so well appointed that the trip will now cost us much more money, due to all of the kitchen remodels we are all inspired to do! Our group has many food allergies so we needed to cook and eat most of our meals at the house. We found nothing lacking. From the kitchen knives to the yeti cups, everything in the kitchen was of high quality. All of the appliances including the washer and dryer are very high end. The bed linens and towels were comfortable and very clean. The mattresses were very comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. We had a Crawling baby with us and the floors were so clean that his white onesies never showed a speck of dirt. It’s obvious that this is someone’s home and not just a commercial rental. We appreciate them trusting us with their property! When I called the maintenance number about the garage door, the gentleman was very courteous and explained they were waiting on a part to ship to them to repair the door. The amenities were great and everyone was very kind. Being able to just hang out in such a wonderful home made it hard to get out and enjoy the area! I can’t think of a better problem to have on vacation.

The house was absolutely beautiful and my family loved it. My husband and I stayed with our 4 boys, ages 15 - 26, and they all agreed that it was the perfect spot. The pool table was a definite bonus. The house felt very comfortable (great furniture) and there was plenty of space to lounge around. The kitchen was huge and the gigantic island made it easy to prep and serve food. Providing the beach umbrella and chairs was very nice. I appreciated how clean everything was. The bathroom and closet in the downstairs primary bedroom were fantastic. We used the amenity cards everyday and the gate passes were very easy. We rented an LSV from Lightning Bugz which made it fun and easy to get around the island. Our favorite beach access point was Boardwalk 6. The beaches were uncrowded and beautiful. We also did a morning horse ride through the Equestrian Center. Freshfields Village was a great area to have nearby. We didn't get to see any sea turtles or alligators.We loved Seabrook and the house and would definitely stay there again!

The house was absolutely beautiful. Very clean, newly renovated, bright and airy. Plenty of space for everyone, whether we were hanging out together or off on our own. Really comfortable sofas! Beach chairs and a beach umbrella were available in the garage which was very helpful. Extra fridge in the garage. Host provided plenty of bath towels and beds were made. We rented an LSV (low speed vehicle) which made it easy and fun to get around the island. Our favorite beach access was Boardwalk 6. Beaches are wide and beautiful during low tide -- not crowded at all. Kitchen is huge with a gigantic island which made it easy to prep food for our group. Host was very responsive throughout.

This place was fabulous in every way and absolutely cleanest I’ve ever seen!

My family enjoyed our stay at this house. It was open but still had a floor plan that allowed for privacy. It has a huge island and the kitchen was stocked incredibly well! The bedrooms were a great size. It basically has 2 master bedrooms, since the upstairs bedroom is large with a king bed and a big bathroom. They also has beach chairs and a beach cart in the garage that were perfect for our beach days. Highly recommend!
