This is a great location on the island to walk to the beach, pool, restaurants and other amenities near Pelicans Nest. We rarely needed our car and when we did it was only to go to Fresh Fields. The lagoon and golf course view out the back were super pretty and relaxing as well as being private and quiet.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The unit was well positioned for the golf and pool facilities.

First time at Seabrook and it was just lovely! The place was also very close to all amenities. The space was laid out very nicely, however the cleaning crew missed a bit. The coffee pots either didn’t work/and were very dirty. The dryer lent was so backed up also. The shower upstairs also had some mold. Just could have been cleaner

We have rented at Spinnaker 4 times so we knew what to expect. 725 was clean, neat and all we needed.

As always, Coastal Getaways provided GREAT service from Lisa’s expert advice on how to use the television remote to Nancy coming to our rescue after losing our house key! We have rented quite a few Spinnakers over the years and 725 is our favorite: It is light and bright, the kitchen is well supplied and the location is perfect. The bottle of wine left by the owners is a really nice touch. The only suggestion would be a broom and dustpan!

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation! 725 Spinnaker was just perfect! The views of the sunrise, golf course and pond were so relaxing. We even got to watch several alligators, turtles, jumping fish, and herons which our grandson just loved! The beach house, or “sand house”, as our two year old grandson called it, was clean, fully stocked with kitchen items, linens, and towels. There were also visible notes for light switches, tvs, stove, etc. which were very helpful. We even got a sweet welcome gift from the owners. 725 Spinnaker is very convenient to the big beach and beach club, as well as Pelican Beach with its amazing fishing and incredible sunsets.
