As always we had a great time. We have stayed at this particular property numerous times and its great. We notified you and you had the screen fixed on the side of porch. The screen in the door is also broken – We appreciate the cleanliness and all the things we would need to relax and have a great time.

The house was great. My wife and I took our three kids (and their spouses) and our two infant grandchildren. My wife and I have been coming to seabrook every year for more than 10 years now (even since our youngest attended Charleston Southern). This was our first time in this particular house, but we are planning to rent this same unit again next year. The house was great. We particularly like the second family/tv area, and the oceanfront view.

We had the BEST stay at 3752 Seabrook Island Road. It was the perfect retreat for our family. We were celebrating 2 family members; a 68th birthday & a captain promotion at American Airlines. This house gave us the perfect space to enjoy a family celebration dinner on the screened in porch and space in the kitchen. Our favorite spot became what we called the "5 oclock bar", the great space adjacent to the screened in back porch. We watched every sunset from this spot and spent hours reading there. We even got to know the kind neighbors next door.

This was the first time in this house, and it won't be the last. The house had everything we needed and then some Love the beach in my backyard. Coastal Getaways is the way to go. Thank you to Nancy and all those sweet ladies in the office. It's a pleasure working with you.

Great house, great layout, starter kit on basics is wonderful, plenty of towels, blankets, beach chairs etc- - note above on the view. I have mentioned before the bushes in front of the porch are continuing to get taller. We love having access to a gym, and the tennis courts etc. However, the wrist bands for the pool are unrealistic and not welcoming. . They are plastic and we get one per person. None of us are going to wear those for an entire week straight/ eating and sleeping and going out to nice dinners. If we have amenity cards to access pool,… Also the towel charge of $5 per day was new to us. We had beach towels at the house, not clear why we can not bring those. Also the pelican nest menu was not near as good as previous years and timing for wait staff and food were significant. I am sure they are struggling as many places with enough staff, just sharing our impressions- we ate their much fewer times than any other year.Community feel is always great, beach and amenities access is also great.
