Nicely appointed unit. Obvious pride in ownership. Perfect location to Kailua/Kona to walk to. Unfortunately, A/C is a bit old and very noisy. T.V. in living room could be updated. Otherwise, this unit is worth the stay. Aloha

The unit was excellent. Best stocked VRBO I have ever rented. Beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, everything you could ever need in the kitchen.Worked great for our family.Great view too.
