Amazing place , great hospitality! We are definitely staying again !

This place was perfect for what we needed on this trip. Very comfortable, private, and well equipped location. We had some questions along the way and fmthr host was very attentive in assisting us throughout the check in process. Parking was easy and close to all the local attractions. We would stay here again.

Loved our stay! Have been to Newport a bunch of times but never stayed in Balboa Island. Worth it, and my wife and I now have a couple of new favorite places to visit next time!

My fourth visit to Balboa island and my favorite rental so far as far for affordability, location and charm. I especially loved the kitchen and open living area with outdoor terrace. I hope to be back next year!

I grew up spending every summer on the island. This getaway was just what my wife and I were looking for. Everything was clean and fresh. We loved the private deck.

We had a great stay and enjoyed everything this little home had to offer! Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Nice little beach at the end of the street to take a swim or watch the sunset. Home had a wonderfully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, nice pots and pans, multiple sheet pans and kitchen utensils. Everything we could need to make cooking a few meals an easy task. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor patio area and opening the large double doors to allow a nice breeze into the home. We hope to stay again in the future since we visit family in the area. Clean home and comfortable

Cozy place with a bright sunny terrace. The kitchen is updated and modern, but the single bathroom could be refreshed. Easy to work with the property manager and check in/out. Great location for walking everywhere on the island.
