The house was beautiful and the location was great! There some issues with check in but it was taken care of in a timely manner. Overall good experience.

This property was fantastic! Rooms are spacious, kitchen and family room are perfect for gathering, the rooftop was gorgeous, and location was convenient to beach, activities and restaurants!!! Loved this place!

Amazing location, the house was amazing. So beautiful. Had a minor issue with a question I asked not ever being answered- but we had an excellent time and 10/10 recommend the house!

This beautifully appointed home is located on Balboa island one block from the beach. It is within walking distance to restaurants shopping and sightseeing activities in the area.

Great space and nicely upgraded home in a lovely area, right by the beach on the Newport Peninsula. I am from the area and this spot, between the Newport and Balboa piers is where you want to be. Easy access to a ton of local restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. but also far enough away from the mix that our stay was quiet and peaceful. Communication was great, very responsive. Highly recommend.
