This house was perfect for our family. The house is a very short walk to the beach access and convenient to most places we like to go in Garden City and Surfside. The pool and the fenced in back yard was wonderful. The house was clean and we loved the big kitchen so we could have meals together. The pool was so relaxing and clean. I would stay at Seabreeze Escape again.

The house was very nice and worked good for our family needs. Pet friendly with fence in back yard. When we were in the pool our dog could be outside with us. There was cardboard on the front porch and a kiddie pool in the back yard that looked like it was left behind. These things could have been cleaned up.

Can not say enough good things about Seabreeze. We loved the house and pool and had the best time. We will definitely be using sea star from now on.

Great location and best private pool we ever had. Luxury linens was a bonus. This house fit our needs perfectly. We experienced a few minor problems that were handled promptly by Sea Star Realty. If we decide to come back to Garden City, we would stay here again.
