Thank you for hosting us. Overall, we had a great stay, and your hyome worked very well for our family gathering of 24 people. The house had plenty of space for everyone, and we really enjoyed the pool and the large kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils, the beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning kept the house cool throughout our stay. The location was also great, with many activities nearby and the beach only about a 10-minute walk away. We appreciated having a beach access key available, although it unfortunately did not work during our stay.
We also want to thank you for being very responsive and checking in with us every day. We appreciated how quickly you addressed any questions or concerns we had.
We did want to share a few things that could help improve the experience for future guests. While the home was clean overall, it could benefit from a deeper cleaning. We found old stains underneath several beds and couches, along with pieces of old candy under the beds, which could be a concern for families with infants or young children.
We noticed quite a few roaches outside the property, and some ended up in our luggage. A few family members even found roaches in their clothes after returning home.
One other suggestion for larger groups renting both sides of the property would be to consider adding connecting doors between the two units, similar to adjoining hotel rooms. This would make it much easier for families renting the entire space to move between both sides of the home.
