The condo was great. It had a huge porch overlooking the ocean. It was clean and comfortable. The parking was tight. I would not recommend a large vehicle. The property doesn't have an elevator, so it would be difficult for anyone that has difficulty with stairs.

We planned a last minute spring break trip with our family and this place was perfect!

We were a little nervous renting this property as there were no reviews. We were a party of 4 seniors and the property was the perfect size for us. We appreciated the laminate floors throughout, the comfortable beds, cleanliness and spaciousness of the deck. The place was decorated nicely and kitchen nicely appointed with anything you might need. We did notice there were no ceiling fans on covered porch, but there are two electrical outlets, so we brought a couple small fans and were glad we did (mid July). The location was great - right next to Garden City Pier and easy walk to a couple beach shops, various eating establishments and bars. Definitely can recommend this property!
