We loved our One Ocean Place, Garden City condo rented from SeaStar. Check-in was seamless. Really appreciate the linen package which included a coverlet. Communication prior to check-in made making reservations and deposits stressless.

Unit #209 @ One Ocean View was WONDERFUL. Very relaxing and the staff at Sea Star were very courteous and helpful. It’s my go to condo when I can getaway. .

Our family recently stayed at One Ocean Place unit 209. The property is beautifully updated and very clean. There are two very large pools and hot tubs directly beside the beach access walkway directly to the beach. Absolutely perfect location as you can rotate between the beach and pool (especially with children) with great ease! Hard to imagine a better layout. We have vacationed at this property many times and have always been extremely pleased. Umbrella/chair rentals set up daily in front of property. Lovely beach restaurant next door. The realty company was very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend this property and realty company.

We had a wonderful stay at One Ocean Place 209! This condo is so tastefully decorated and the owner has paid great attention to details to ensure your stay is just like being at home. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need and then some, there are games to play, comfortable couches and beds, high quality linens, extremely clean, well cared for and the convenient parking so you don’t have to use an elevator is awesome! The views are gorgeous, especially the sunrises! This condo is so enjoyable I could live here! I highly recommend staying here and I can assure you we will return!
