Great house with an amazing location. Spacious room for our family. We would recommend you add or let us know in advance that closet hangars, dish or kitchen towels (for washing or drying dishes) and pot holders aren't provided.

Great house and a new spacious deck was perfect for evenings and meals. House does not have bump beds as described so that threw off the sleeping arrangements for kids. Other than that it was a great house and very easy dealing with sea star

Perfect House for 8 adults and 4 children. Nice beach views from the upper and lower porches.

House is good nice location and amazing beach. House is a bit dated and shows signs of age and continuous rentals. But it’s worth the location. Make sure you hit Village Surf Shoppe when your in garden city it’s a real surf shoppe!

We enjoyed our stay so much at this property. Coffee on the beachfront dock & the incredible views of the ocean & the marsh was simply amazing! We had more than enough space for our 4 person family!! Sea Star was awesome to work with & they are very helpful. You can’t go wrong with this rental!!!
