Great first time visit, house was ideal for the 13 members of our family. We have stayed as a family for our 55 years coming to Garden City at many houses, Neagle was great!!

Great house with an amazing location. Spacious room for our family. We would recommend you add or let us know in advance that closet hangars, dish or kitchen towels (for washing or drying dishes) and pot holders aren't provided.

Great house and a new spacious deck was perfect for evenings and meals. House does not have bump beds as described so that threw off the sleeping arrangements for kids. Other than that it was a great house and very easy dealing with sea star

Perfect House for 8 adults and 4 children. Nice beach views from the upper and lower porches.
