Our family of ten had a great time. The house is spacious and has all the amenities that we needed. It's on the water for our boat and an easy walk across the street to the beach.

We loved our stay at Mimmy's Place. The location is perfection, with the dock on the intercostal for launching kayaks and fishing, and the sandy ocean across the street. We loved boogie-boarding, sun-bathing, and building castles on the beach. We dropped crab pots and fishing lines in the water, just to see what we would find. The crabs were too small but my 10-year old loved to experience them anyway! It was barely too cool to enjoy the beautiful pool.
The home was very spacious which we loved, with beautiful views from the windows. This is an older home, don't expect pristine, there is wear and tear throughout alongside updated features. Leak spots in ceilings, musty smell in areas, broken window blinds, occasional non-functioning outlets. The refrigerator has broken drawers. The floating portion of the dock is rough. It's still an amazing house and I'm glad they shared it with us. Manage your expectations and you will make wonderful memories at Mimmy's Place.

This was, by far, our favorite vacation home. We loved the space, the location, the cleanliness, proximity to the beach, and all the extras within the home. It was absolutely perfect and we will be returning!!

Mimi’s place was perfect for my family because it had a pier and ****. We were able to put out crab pots and have our boat accessible every day. The house itself is very roomy and comes with linens and towels which is a big plus. The washer and dryer and two separate ovens was also a nice addition. The pool is fantastic and we enjoyed sitting on the deck for morning coffee and evening cocktails. It’s very quiet which is perfect for us. It does need some updating but we were extremely happy with our stay. We can’t wait to go back!!

Loved the location. Only had 6 this trip. We stayed in spring and had 12. Do you have large house on inlet with elevator? House was clean and Realty company was very helpful. 5 very satisfied.
