Great place and very accommodating area for gatherings in the kitchen/dining/den area. Only 300-400 yards to the beach which was not crowded. We brought stuff to grill out and there is no grill and we couldn’t rent one because they were out. Thats the only thing I can complain about. Probably should list that there is no gas grill on property.

First and foremost, if we returned to this area we would stay here again. The walk to the beach was so easy. Can't be beat. The house was bigger than I expected based on the pictures.A few additional details. We wish the fridge had filtered water. Without that we went through lots of bottled water. Its not advertised but there is a 2nd fridge outside in a closet under the main stairs. Fine for extra drinks. Parking for lots of cars though its all straight line so essentially everyone is trapped except end car so expect some car juggling. The house had some minor repair issues but I appreciated the 24hr text line they kept open. I texted when the microwave broke and they brought a replacement the same day. Wish the kids bunk room had a TV as the upstairs hall tv didnt work. Towels were good for rooms but there were no beach towels and limited towels for kitchen and extra half bath. I include all this so you have extra details but nothing was a huge issue that negated the positives. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved the house. It was clean, roomy, and relaxing. Just a quick walk to the beach. Definitely would stay again!

We had an amazing week in this house! So much bigger and spacious in person! Everything was clean and working order. The pool was checked twice during our stay and water was nice and clean! Location is perfect and the house is a 5 min walk to the beach. House some minor aesthetic things that needed fixing but nothing that interested with our stay. Host was extremely responsive on the few questions we had and responded within 15-30 min max! We had a fantastic week in this home and would definitely come back!

We really liked this home. The pool was great, and it is less than a block to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. There were pool toys and beach gear in the downstairs closet (and another refrigerator!). Now the downside: The internet was spotty and the cable tv had no sound. We couldn’t figure out why. The streaming channels had sound, but was reliant on the connection to the internet which was constantly disconnecting and wouldn’t reconnect which made television unwatchable. Seems like a small issue but I’d choose another home over this one because of it. Which is unfortunate because the home and other amenities are fantastic!
