This home is beautiful and sleeps a lot of people! Elevator was a nice touch to get luggage up to the top floors. Location is steps from the beach, which is quiet, stunning and so clean! Home was immaculate and very comfortable. Every room has its own bathroom. Our only disappointment was the lack of extra toilet paper, garbage bags and paper towels. We had to buy more and then leave it there. We also hadn’t read the fine print that said the hot tub would cost $250 extra to heat it.

My family stayed in this beautiful home over the Labor Day weekend. Everything was great. We had a great time. Our only problem was trying to figure out how to get the heat on the hot tub. Nevertheless we used it and it was great! We definitely plan to stay here again.

I was really surprised and please to get emails asking if we needed anything. We had problems with the elavator when we arrived and a technican was sent out promptly to fix it. Thanks again.

Our vacation was wonderful! Everything about this house was fantastic and we will be renting it again!

This house was perfect for a large family vacation. It was very clean and new. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets in each room. Every room had an iron and ironing board, and each bathroom had a hair dryer. It’s very well equipped. We rented a golf cart because we carry a lot to the beach. The walk to the beach is short and easy if you aren’t loaded down with beach chairs and umbrellas. It’s about a one mile walk to the Surfside Pier. Sweet and Hot Ice Cream shop is a short golf cart ride away. The elevator was great for our older family members. The only issue we had was with the landing of each set of stairs. There is one step down to a landing at the top of each set of stairs (inside and out) that is difficult to see for some reason. It blends in with the stairs. Several of us misstepped and one of us did fall on the back deck stairs. There are warning signs, but it’s easy to forget. Just be mindful and careful on the stairs. Thank you for a great week!
