Communication before and during the stay was the best we have experienced... House was perfect for our group - exactly as advertised - well maintained, very close to the beach and in a great community. Small hiccup at check-in that was resolved quickly. Furnishings and well stocked kitchen made the stay a breeze. Only complaint would be the beds that were too soft, but that's a preference thing that others may actually prefer. Overall would love to stay again!

The house was as described or better. No issues, very clean, updated, and such an easy walk across the street to the beach. A perfect place for family - very thankful for time together.

I was worried the road would be too busy to cross from the second row to the beach with little ones but it was not AND almost everyone stopped for the crosswalk. The house had plenty of dishes, two crock pots, two coffee pots and more than enough utensils and cooking gear. What was missing was a handheld lemon/lime press and a Keurig. A second refrigerator would have been helpful to keep drinks cool and for extra freezer space. The bunks (4) share a Jack & Jill bathroom with one of the rooms with a queen bed. Perfect or young families.The house was clean, the pool was warm (no heat needed in July) and the little ocean town was perfect for a low-key family beach vacation. Not much within walking distance BUT everything along the main roads. Highly recommend this property for an extended family.
