We booked Beach Retreat last minute after changing our plans from Gulf Shores due to Hurricane Isaias, and we couldn’t have been happier with how things worked out! The hosts were great with communication, which made everything easy. The property had plenty of space for our group of nine, and we loved starting our mornings with sunrises on the porch and spending long days at the beach. It was a great place to relax and enjoy time together — we’re so glad we found it!

We had wonderful time. The house was awesome the huge back porch was great for watching sunrises and quiet evenings. SSR did a great job keeping us informed before and during our stay.

The property location is perfect. The ocean is steps away. I spent my mornings on the oceanfront covered porch enjoying the views. The pier is just .3 miles away, and the house is a short distance from multiple attractions and amazing restaurants. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bathroom. Highly recommend this property for your next stay in Murrell’s Inlet. We will stay here again for certain.

This was the 2nd year in a row we’ve stayed at the Beach Retreat and we’d never stay anywhere else! Perfect beach house, perfect beach! Everything was perfect!
