It has everything you need right there at the house. The dock to fish and watch the sunsets, the large pool to relax in and the beach access directly across the street made it easy for quick beach trips. The bedrooms were large for fitting little kids with parents. We loved our stay and would book again.

Great location with excellent proximity to the beach and the creek. We brought a boat and it was an easy process. The layout of the house was a little tricky with small kids, but we had an idea going in. Not a dealbreaker! Just be prepared.

We really enjoyed our time at brown eyed girl. The renter company was very responsive and helpful. Perfect for kids that want to do the beach, pool, and inlet. We enjoyed fishing on the dock, the quiet neighborhood feeling, and the convenience of all the fun activity in garden city. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!
