This home has the ideal location and layout. The pool is terrific and the elevator really helps. We rented at the last minute. The patio and outside areas were not cleaned. Cups, cans and trash left around. Inside was clean. One of the ovens did not work. This home was first rate when it was built. Needs some TLC to bring it back. But with the location and layout for two families we would rent again. Also it was not overpriced.

Great house for 12 people! Plenty of seating in the living and dining rooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable beds. Multiple decks for sun and shade. Pool was awesome. Would recommend paying the extra fee for heating in shoulder seasons. Wish there were more loungers in the pool area though. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach out the back gate. Friendly, walkable neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping.

We had an amazing stay here! The house was beautiful and spacious, and best of all came with gorgeous views.

This house was a perfect spot for our family of nine including three toddlers with parents and grandparents. The pool is large and allows for easy entry and lots of users at the same time. It is so beautiful and was hard to leave for beach time. We have rented at Litchfield for generations and this is by far the best equipped home we have occupied.
