Great location, Well stocked kitchen, Bedrooms very nice, screened in porch, walkway to beach from porch area, are all good reasons to stay there. Elevator not working, ants in kitchen, leak from first floor bathroom to garage ceiling, screens on patio doors detached, small pool (cold), are reasons not to stay there. Clean but looks like furniture not moved and lots of dirt under them. Door sills are filthy. Very disappointed that the elevator was not working. We were informed one day in advance and not updated or anyone came to work on it. Would recommend property but with some reservations. Needs some attention to details.

Nice house and great location on the beach. close enough to the pier to walk for ice cream or the nearby restaurants.

Washed Ashore is beautiful and functional. It is clean and has a well-stocked kitchen. The pool is small but refreshing. A portion of the pool is in the shade which is nice on hot days. Unfortunately, this home has recently been priced out of our price range and we will not be able to return next year.
