The only thing that was disappointing was the air conditioning at night. We were unable to manually turn it down. We had two different times when a service crew came to look at it and they were also unable to turn it down. Also, the one fan in the bathroom did not work. But everything else was wonderful.

Property was a little dated but in good condition. Location was amazing. The grand kids loved the pool. We really enjoyed our stay.

Was a perfect stay for my group with the best access to the beach. Great communication!!!

We had a great time at Surfside Beach. The beach house was ocean front and we made use of the private beach access. I could watch my grandchildren playing on the beach with their parents from the outside porch without getting sand on my feet.The house was 5 bedrooms/5 baths located 1/2 mile from the pier and a great selection of restaurants within walking distance. Everyone enjoyed the pool everyday. It was very clean and refreshing.
