We had such a great stay! The rental was clean and convenient. Great view of the beach. Close to stores. Only upgrade I would suggest is room darkening blinds for the master bedroom and shade for the balcony. Perhaps an umbrella to shade the sun during the hot days.

The 3rd Story Unit was well kept, clean and quiet. Great location, easy access to Surfside Pier area and direct 5th Ave North access to US 17
