Our Host, Sea Star Realty, was very good about opening up communication with us and maintained contact (by text and email) throughout. This is very appreciated, and I would easily recommend Sea Star.
Additionally, we noticed early on that the disposal in the kitchen sink drain would not come on. I called that in to Sea Star, who said they would put in a work order for it. The repair person arrived at our apt (Surf Master 711) within 30 minutes and fixed it. He was a very competent and professional repairman, and he reflects really well on Star's responsiveness.
