This house was so perfect for multiple families to come because of the space and bathrooms. We loved being so close to the beach. It was so fun going to the beach and then back to the pool multiple times a day. From the very top floor we could see our stuff on the beach so we were comfortable leaving it there all day. The AC worked great. Loved that there were tvs in every room too. Kitchenware like bowls, cups, cookware needs an upgrade. The railing on all the porches are wire railing. Although this is nice because you have more visibility, it is not ideal for families with children as many of the wires are extremely loose and our 1, 2 and 3 year old can squeeze through it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 411 Heaven was the best rental we have had in Surfside. Property was clean and very spacious. So many spaces in the house to sit and enjoy the views of the beach and pool area had nice furniture and privacy. Seastar Realty did a great job staying in contact and making sure we had everything we needed and they responded immediately to a small plumbing issue we had.
