The house was very well appointed with beds made, plenty of towels and basic supplies in the kitchen. The house was clean and spacious. We had a good time. I was concerned about access out of the house in the event of a fire.

Best vacation rental ever !!! Been renting homes at Myrtle Beach area for several years, and this was by far the best rental by far. I can't think of renting any other home then this one in our future returns. Every thing was first class.

The home was very nice. We were there with three couples total and the accomodations were very comfortable. We enjoyed the views from the main living area as well as the master bedroom on the third floor. The home is very convenient to Hwy 17 as well as the Garden City Pier area. I would not hesitate to rent this home again in the winter. The kitchen was very spacious as were the common living areas and everything was in great working order. Our only negative was the size of the pool on the back deck. It certainly takes up a majority of the space, but in the hot summer this may be just what is needed. It is by no means enough of a negative to keep us from returning. We will certainly be back! It is like night and day when you compare the condition of this home to the condition of the home just next door. I have stayed in many different ocean front homes, and I found this one to be in about the best condition of any especially considering this is a rental! The management was fantastic and answered all of my questions before they were asked! Top quality home here!
