We had a wonderful time. The place had plenty of space for us 7 golfers. Enjoyed sitting by the by the pool. The bikes mentioned in writeup were not really usable but that was ok.

We had a great stay for a long weekend. The house is clean, well maintained, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Communication with Greg was super easy. The neighborhood is perfect and access to the beach is superb. We had a great time.

Beautiful house, definitely met our expectations! Greg was great with Communicating and helping us out I highly recommend renting this house.

We had a great time at this house!! Greg was so helpful and friendly from the beginning and made the process very easy. The house was bigger than the pictures and very clean. It was our first time in Garden City and we ended up loved the area. Lots of bars and amazing restaurants to pick from (especially at the Marsh Walk!) The walk to the beach from the house was nice and short so people in our group were able to come and go to the beach as they wanted. Although it’s connected to another house we barely knew the guests next door were even there unless we were all outside so don’t worry about that. Overall it was a perfect vacation and we would love to go back!!

The house is very spacious and clean. It's is in a great location near all of our favorite activities. We are looking forward to our next visit! Dean and Stacee

Greg was amazing! He made sure we got whatever we needed and got back to us right away. The house was beautiful and could fit our whole team in it. Everyone had somewhere to sleep. We all loved it!
