We had a great time in this house even with Irma wreaking havoc for one day. The location and access to the beach is excellent. Only issue we had was the back windows leaked from the blowing rain and the black doors need work as they are tough to open along with the screen doors. Just remember to also bring spices as there are none, a grill would have been nice too. Other than that the place fit our needs perfectly.

Couldn't have asked for a better vacation and place to stay. Recovery Zone was very clean upon arrival and the location is perfect - you're on the beach in 20 steps! When its high tide it almost feels like you can touch the ocean. Sea Star was easy to work with and their app made everything simple. I was a little concerned about the public access area directly to the left of the house but only service vehicles are permitted to use it. The foot traffic was barely noticeable. On a scale of 1-10 I rate the house and the overall experience a 20!

Great week on vacation in Surfside beach. Rental house was very nice and clean. Liked not having to pick up and return keys.
