Thank you Greg! Great week at surfside beach. The house did not disappoint! One of the cleanest houses we ever stayed at! The house came equipped with a lot of beach supplies. Greg was very fast with his responses to all of our questions.

As previous reviews state, the pictures do not do this property justice. It is clean, tastefully decorated and conducive to a relaxing and enjoyable vacation for all. Kitchen is well stocked, although we were unable to locate a pizza cutter (not a big deal). Pool is clean and large enough to accommodate max capacity. We even enjoyed a 5 on 5 game of pool basketball. The walk to the beach is short, as described. The neighborhood is scenic and enjoyable for walking or a golf cart ride. Greg was not only responsive, he was helpful with suggestions regarding the area and golf cart information. The 4 masters allowed all to have private time when needed. For anyone concerned with COVID, social distancing, etc., the beach in Surfside had plenty of room between groups. Although the backyards are back to back with other properties, there were no issues with music, loud parties, etc. We found everyone to be respectful of curfews/quiet time. I would definitely stay in this property again. Thanks for creating an atmosphere where we were able to create many great memories with family and friends.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. There was plenty of space to accommodate the ten of us. The owner is spot on with answering any questions you might have. Thanks Greg for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation at your house!

Cannot say enough good things about this home and about the owner Greg. The house was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the short walk to the ocean. The kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking our meals very easy. With COVID 19 going on we weren’t sure if we should go. Greg worked with us and reassured us and I’m so glad we went. You will not be disappointed in this house. Can’t wait to visit again.

We rented this beach trip for three friends and our babies/toddlers. It was the perfect house to rent! The house is well stocked, great location, beautifully decorated, clean, I could go on and on with compliments. The owner was quick to respond and courteous before and during the trip We will def stay here again in the future!
