Such a Good location and Clean House.We stayed here last year and will be back again.

The floor was filthy. seemed to be swept and vacuumed ,but obviously had not been mopped. We took our shoes off when we got there and after walking around the bottom of all of our feet were black. only other issue was the sliding glass door off main room. very difficult to open and close, even after maintenance man worked on it.

Great vacation. Enjoyed the house and the surrounding things to do.

As a long time vacationer in the Surfside Beach area, my family and I were very pleased with our recent stay at Bons Temp. The property was very clean, tastefully decorated, and in an almost new interior condition. Pool area was fabulous! Location was perfect for a 2nd row home. Sea Star Realty was easy to deal with. (I highly recommend downloading their vacation app! It made life very simple for ease of check-in and check-out, as well as a good reference source). My only complaints for this property was some of the small appliances could use some updating. During our stay, the toaster and the coffee pot both could have performed better, and are, in my opinion, in need of being updated/replaced. Not a huge knock on the property, but it would bring up my review of the property's general condition from a 4 star to a 5. However, everything else was 5 star all the way!

Great communication. Everything was as described or better. Great adminities. Close to the beach and to our favorite restaurants. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Well kept. As described. Home had everything we needed including linens, toiletries, even paper towels and dish soap.
