The Big Chill was a fantastic rental for our family group of 17. With just steps to the beach, an outdoor shower for rinsing, to a private pool, our family was more than satisfied. Six of the seven bedrooms had private bathrooms; 7th was on main floor with that bathroom accessible to all. Rental was clean with good kitchen with eat in bar and plenty of dishes. The dryer stopped working but maintenance quickly resolved the issue. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The Big Chill was a grand experience for our family vacation - 10 adults and 7 children which included grandparents, their adult children and spouses and grandchildren. The location was perfect, the ocean front with magnificent beach, and the private pool made the stay picture perfect. The home was clean and appropriately stocked. It worked very well for us. Grandparents chose the room on the main floor with everyone else upstairs. :-). The dryer broke but maintenance arrived promptly. We were even welcomed by an edible bouquet. We couldn’t have been more satisfied.

The Big Chill worked out great for our family vacation to Myrtle Beach. The house was clean and everything looked great when we arrived. We had to call the management team for a few issues but they responded quickly to those. The only problem we had throughout the week that we stayed was the pool heater kept getting an error code and would then not function right nor heat the pool properly. We called the pool tech several times and he did come out to the house. I notified management via email when we left on Saturday morning that the error code had been on since the night before and the pool was not warm at all. Besides that ongoing issue we all had a wonderful time at The Big Chill!

We loved staying in this home. Great location! And our whole family was extremely comfortable in this house. The home is really beautiful inside as well :)

Absolutely loved the house! Unfortunate that the Army Corps of Engineers got stuck in front of our house for 4 days. Other than that - awesome!
