This is the 4th time renting a house from Sea Star Realty and the second time in the same house! There were a couple of things that required attention and they were right on it! Hopefully we’ll rent the same house in 2 years! The whole family loves it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family recently finished a wonderful week at “Seaductress” in Garden City. The property was extremely well maintained and clean. It is very spacious with numerous areas to allow family members to gather together or to seek out a quiet space all to themselves. Having stayed in this area for many years at other properties, one thing we really appreciated was the protection and privacy the dunes provide plus the well maintained yard and landscaping. The property was as described in the listing. What you can’t appreciate via the accompanying pictures is just how spacious the home is. All in all, we felt as if we were gathering at a friend’s home rather than a rental property. Sea Star Realty was attentive to any questions we had and we appreciated how they kept us informed via text of any scheduled routine maintenance, etc. We are already planning our next stay at Seaductress.

This is our second time staying at the Seaductress and the fourth time using Sea Star Realty! The house is amazing, the location is perfect and Sea Star provided excellent service. We needed to call them a couple of times and everything was taken care of that day. My only suggestion would be for the cleaning staff. Need to pay a little more attention to the ceiling fans and some corners in the house. I found dust but took a swiffer myself and cleaned them up!

My family, including 8 grandkids, had an amazing time. This is our first time staying at Seaductress and we loved the house! We plan on coming back in 2025!!

This house was amazing. Everyone had a bed and personal bath. The game room was perfect for the kids to gather while the adults could gather elsewhere. Having the pool and direct access to the beach was the best of both worlds. We will stay here again in the future.
