Couldn't ask for a better location. House was great with everything we needed. I wanted to bring the Porch back home with me... Fantastic views.The only negative to me is the parking which really can't be helped. Vehicles have to be parked nose to tail whereas if you aren't the one in the rear everyone behind you has to back out.. Let you out then pull back in. It's constant musical chairs

Has only one glitch. AC stopped working. Repairman sent our right away and fixed the problem.

The oceanfront porch was perfect! We used to like to go to dinner out, but it was so nice that we didn't want to leave it, so we Door Dashed most of our meals. Being able to eat oceanfront every night was awesome!! There's a lot to do in the area if you have young people with you or if you're the type that just wants to chill, like us and just enjoy the beach. Our little elderly dachshund liked the trip, too. He seemed right at home!
