House is good nice location and amazing beach. House is a bit dated and shows signs of age and continuous rentals. But it’s worth the location. Make sure you hit Village Surf Shoppe when your in garden city it’s a real surf shoppe!

We enjoyed our stay so much at this property. Coffee on the beachfront dock & the incredible views of the ocean & the marsh was simply amazing! We had more than enough space for our 4 person family!! Sea Star was awesome to work with & they are very helpful. You can’t go wrong with this rental!!!

This location was perfect for us! House was great! Everything worked properly! Plenty of parking and most of all, the views were amazing!!!! Would highly recommend!!!!
