This Airbnb made our trip so incredible! The view was unbeatable. Since it sits on a corner you get a panoramic view of the ocean. Sunsets were incredible to watch on the patio or balcony. We had our kids with us and being steps from the ocean and shops was so convenient. Parking was the only stressful thing we had to handle, but with everything being in walking distance we didn’t have to deal with moving the car hardly at all! A great surprise was they did have some beach items in the garage. Chairs, body boards, and sand toys! We will book this place again when we have the chance ☺️

The house itself could use a bit of TLC - just a little run down (showers, appliances, living room furniture) and could use a deep clean. Overall a good stay. The location can’t be beat - directly on the boardwalk next to bars and restaurants and right on the sand/beach. Great upper and lower patios for people and sunset watching. My kids loved the accessibility to all the shops, rentals, etc. Thanks for having us.

The house is nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nice with plenty of space for all 8 of us.location is excellent ! The beach is beautiful and very close to shops and restaurants. Could not have asked for a better place to spend some time with the family at the beach. Would love to came back again.

Ideal location. Bonus that it had a garage for a guaranteed parking spot. Comfortable beds with ac in all rooms.

The views of the beach were breathtaking. The house was clean and comfortable. Over all it was a great place to stay. We were celebrating our 37th anniversary, the setting was romantic and very peaceful. Tue surrounding restaurants and shop were fun and good food. Spent hours just enjoying the beach . We did have an alarm go off early the first morning but it as taken care of quickly. The host was awesome and very helpful. Check in and check out were a breeze. Would 100% stay here again and would recommend to my friends. Thank you

Awesome place and great views!

This was our first time booking this location. First, the listing was accurate, all the amenities listed were spot on. The interior is clean and well appointed. I should add that we knew ahead of time there would be no beach chairs or beach towels so we brought our own. If you aren’t able to bring your own, you could rent from a service the host recommends. Since we all must stay connected I’ll say the wifi was robust enough for our son who was working from home. Upon arrival we were able to gain easy access to the residence and the garage. Just a note, our car is a Tacoma short bed and it fit nicely within garage. Anything larger and you may have to street park. The location is just a few steps from the sand, a short walk to the Newport Beach Pier and many restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our stay especially because we were visiting after the peak season. Thank you NBVP, we are already talking about booking again.
