Ideal location. Bonus that it had a garage for a guaranteed parking spot. Comfortable beds with ac in all rooms.

The views of the beach were breathtaking. The house was clean and comfortable. Over all it was a great place to stay. We were celebrating our 37th anniversary, the setting was romantic and very peaceful. Tue surrounding restaurants and shop were fun and good food. Spent hours just enjoying the beach . We did have an alarm go off early the first morning but it as taken care of quickly. The host was awesome and very helpful. Check in and check out were a breeze. Would 100% stay here again and would recommend to my friends. Thank you

Awesome place and great views!

This was our first time booking this location. First, the listing was accurate, all the amenities listed were spot on. The interior is clean and well appointed. I should add that we knew ahead of time there would be no beach chairs or beach towels so we brought our own. If you aren’t able to bring your own, you could rent from a service the host recommends.
Since we all must stay connected I’ll say the wifi was robust enough for our son who was working from home.
Upon arrival we were able to gain easy access to the residence and the garage. Just a note, our car is a Tacoma short bed and it fit nicely within garage. Anything larger and you may have to street park.
The location is just a few steps from the sand, a short walk to the Newport Beach Pier and many restaurants.
Overall we enjoyed our stay especially because we were visiting after the peak season.

We had a fabulous time! Gorgeous beach, awesome bars and restaurants. Super close walking distance to everything. The best part is the house is very sound proof so although there is tons of fun action around the property you can still sleep great :)

You cannot beat the views on this location and where it is. Close to everything.

We had a great view of the ocean despite the rain. Easy walk to food. We were told someone from management would be but to fix our beeping fire detector but they didnt show, the house was chilly and no instructions on how to turn on heatbut it was
